Heather Drabant

About Me

Who am I?

My name is Heather Drabant. I’m a writer, an artist, and a content developer with an eye for scene blocking, an ear for dialogue, and a heart full of passion for storytelling.

I believe we all have the power to make our stories unforgettable and incredible. We all make an impact in this life, big or small. We get to work towards the type of impact we want to have.

My life is rooted in story development, experimenting with different mediums, tackling complex projects head-on, and building relationships.

I treasure teamwork and collaboration, with an equal love for independent work. I’m known for my adaptability, creativity, dependability, and resilience. It lights me up to help others through solid communication and genuine encouragement.

Do I still have your attention? Great. We’ll get a little more personal.

I’m a homeschool graduate who did most of my growing up during the economic crash of 2008, have been working since I was 11, and started my career during a worldwide pandemic after having moved across the country to work at an EdTech startup.

The deepest wish of my heart is to be a storyteller people lean into, and be someone who helps others tell stories in whatever form they come in. Stories that shake the world a little.

I’m just getting started. The dreams and goals I hold are lofty and it will take even more grit, hard work, and passion to get me there, than the amount that has already gotten me where I am today.

And I’m okay with that. I’m an ambitious writer doing my best to live for Christ and use what He’s given me.

That’s who I am. Let’s get to work.

Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.
-Teddy Roosevelt
