
Monday.com is a popular team task manager that takes the complicated and makes it simple. I’ve been learning its systems this last week and am enjoying the process!
So far, I’ve:
- Set up a board and customized it
- Created new columns and cells
- Downloaded pictures
- Set categories
- Learned about Dashboards and Automation (where the automation actions are Monday.com to Monday.com)
- Learned about Integration with third-party apps (which connects outside programs like Gmail to Monday’s systems)
My first board was a simple project timeline and it helped me get used to the format.

I went through each of their core tutorial videos and set up a mock social media schedule using the boards, columns, and cells.

While adding in the content plan into each section on the board, I categorized them by day. This allows me a clear scope of deadlines and the status of progress with each piece of content.
Monday.com has created a very user-friendly system and I’ve been able to pick it up quickly.
I’m looking forward to learning more about Monday and all the features it offers!
