The majority of my day was spent inside the world of grocery retail on this fine October Monday, so I want to take the opportunity to tell you about my dog because I love him and I’m tired.
I think we can all agree that dogs are awesome. They’re loyal, lovable, and a girl’s best friend.
Growing up I always loved my friend’s dogs. I’d beg to play with them, walk them, and pet them. Sometimes, I’d even ignore the said friend in favor of their four-legged woofer. Needless to say, I desperately wanted a dog to call my own.

The point of today’s post is not “Look how cute my dog is!” though that is a truth that cannot be denied, it’s a spotlight for the animals in your life that help you smile when you think you can’t, the ones reminding you to have fun and be playful.
The ones who snuggle their faces into your lap for attention and wag their tails like a storm when you get home.
Thanks for reading my gushy appreciation post for my Charlie
